Extends for a 10 year period, (until October 2, 1978) the time for which the Federal Power Commission may not license or approve the construction of any water resource projects on rivers designated under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. Increases the appropriations for acquisition of lands and interests under the Act to $37,600,000.
