Summary
Reaffirms: (1) the House of Representatives' support for United States-Turkish relations; and (2) U.S. support for Turkey's right to self-defense. Condemns terrorist attacks by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) against the Turkish people. Urges: (1) the Bush Administration to act to prevent the PKK from using bases in northern Iraq to attack Turkey; and (2) the national government of Iraq to remove the PKK from Iraqi territory. Calls on the Kurdish regional government in northern Iraq to act against the PKK.
