Demands the release of Aung San Suu Kyi, detained Buddhist monks, Kyaw Zaw Lwin (a Burmese born American citizen), and all other political prisoners and prisoners of conscience. Calls on: (1) governments around the world to strengthen economic and arms sanctions against Burma; (2) the U.N. Security Council to impose multilateral sanctions on Burma's military regime; (3) the Administration to implement the Tom Lantos Block Burmese JADE Act.
