Establishes an Ad Hoc Committee on Federal Retirement Systems which shall consider and report to the House of Representatives on any bill, resolution, or message or communication from the executive branch relating to Federal employee retirement systems. Authorizes the ad hoc committee to utilize the services of the staffs of those committees from which the Members of the ad hoc committee have been selected.
