A concurrent resolution relative to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES).

Summary

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) instruct the U.S. delegation at the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) to oppose adding S. mahogani and S. macrophylla to the CITES endangered species listing; (2) the United States Forest Service's role in proposing such addition in the future should be expanded; and (3) the Secretary should study the domestic jobs impact of any decision to add either species to the list, and to report the results of such study, before any U.S. decision regarding such inclusion.
