Summary
Directs the Majority Leader of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to establish a special task force (including the Senate and House Historians, the Architect of the Capitol, and the Librarian of Congress) to: (1) study the history and contributions of slave laborers in the construction of the U.S. Capitol; (2) produce a summary document and available research for the public; and (3) recommend appropriate recognition which could be displayed in a prominent location in or near the Capitol.
