Makes it the sense of Congress that we endorse the Symposium to be held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in October and November of 1973 under the sponsorship of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the American Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the American Geological Institute as an extremely useful and highly productive endeavor which deserves and can expect full participation of each interested governmental agency.
