Expresses the sense of the Congress that the: (1) current human rights situation in the People's Republic of China should be placed on the agenda of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights at its next meeting; (2) Government of China should release Mr. Yang Wei; (3) U.S. Government should offer Chinese students studying in the United States participation in the Extended Voluntary Departure Program; and (4) U.S. Government should reexamine its technology (including nuclear) and arms transfer policies toward the People's Republic of China.
