Summary

Authorizes Mary Jane Hatcher, David Hauck, Mary Beth Markey, Sandra Mason, Ursula McManus, and any other Senate employee who is subpoenaed to testify in the case of United States v. Thomas Weiss, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent them and any Member, officer, or other Senate employee who is subpoenaed to testify in connection with such case.
