Summary
World Climate Convention Observer Group Resolution - Establishes the Senate World Climate Convention Observer Group to monitor the World Climate Convention process. Requires that all foreign travel of the Observer Group be authorized jointly by the Majority and Minority Leaders of the Senate, and upon the recommendation of both the Chairman and Co-Chairman of the Group. Authorizes the Majority Leader or the Minority Leader to designate one other Senator of his party who is not a member of the Group to travel and participate in its activities in his stead, if such Leader does not travel on an official trip of the Group. Terminates this Act upon the adjournment sine die of the First Session of the 102d Congress.
