Summary
Establishes procedures relating to monetary settlement of complaints filed with the Office of Senate Fair Employment Practices. Makes this Act applicable to: (1) an allegation of a violation under the Employee Rights Act of 1991; (2) an unlawful employment practice under such Act; and (3) a violation under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Requires the approval of the Committee on Rules and Administration before the Director of the Office can adopt rules governing its procedures, including those of hearing boards.
