Summary

Establishes a Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Senate to oversee and coordinate bicentennial activities. Sets forth the composition of, and Senate offices responsible for staffing, the Commission. Directs the Commission to seek to assemble a private sector task force to explore private sector bicentennial project ideas and funding. Requires the Commission to submit a final report to the Senate upon its termination at the end of the 101st Congress.
