Condemns the arrest of Peter H. Wu. Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the People's Republic of China must allow the United States consul to visit Mr. Wu and should provide a full accounting of Mr. Wu's whereabouts and the charges being brought against him; and (2) the President should utilize every diplomatic means available to ensure Mr. Wu's safe return to the United States.
