Summary
Authorizes Maurice Johnson and any other Senate employee from whom testimony or the production of documents is required, to testify and to produce documents in the case of Haywood Galbreath v. Associated Press, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such Senate employees.
