Summary
Authorizes William Fowble and any other employee of the Senate from whom testimony may be necessary to testify and to produce documents in United States v. Slawomir Borowy, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Fowble and any other employee, officer, or Member of the Senate in connection with such case.
