Summary

Entitles the individual who was the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate on September 1, 1996, and whose service as the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate terminated on or after September 1, 1996 but prior to September 6, 1996, to one lump sum payment consisting of severance pay in an amount equal to two months of the individual's basic pay at the rate such individual was paid on September 1, 1996.
