Summary

Authorizes the custodians of records of the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Select Committee on Intelligence, and current or former Members and employees of the Senate from whom testimony may be necessary, to testify and produce documents in the case of United States of America v. Clair E. George, except, with respect to Members of the Senate, when their attendance at the Senate is necessary for the performance of their legislative duties and except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such individuals in connection with their testimony.
