Summary
Authorizes the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, acting jointly, to provide documents in the custody and control of the committee to the independent counsel in the case of United States v. Dean, except those for which a privilege should be asserted. Authorizes Lory Breneman, a Senate employee, to testify in the case, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Lory Breneman in connection with her testimony.
