Skelly Wright for his lifelong commitment to promoting civil rights, fairness, and equality. Commends Ruby Bridges for her courage in becoming the first African-American student to attend William Frantz Elementary School in New Orleans, and for her lifetime commitment to promoting diversity and improving educational opportunities for all children.
