Summary
<strong>Bezug:</strong> Ein Gesetzesantrag gleicher Materie wurde bereits in der 8. WP eingebracht (BR Drs. 52/80, s.a. GESTA/8.WP/S.715) <br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Anspruch eines Ausländers auf Einbürgerung mit Vollendung des 18. Lebensjahres bei einem mindestens 8jährigen rechtsmäßigen, dauernden Aufenthalt im Geltungsbereich des Gesetzes, Zulassung einer Übergangsregelung für ein Jahr nach Inkrafttreten für solche Ausländer, die das 23. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben. Die für diese Fälle vorgesehene Kostenbefreiung führt zu geringfügigen Einnahmeminderungen bei den Ländern. <br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Ausländer * Einbürgerung
