Beratung zusammengeführt mit D10, D35, D43, D53, D62, D66 und Teilen von D38 und D41, Fortgang siehe D38 "Steuerbereinigungsgesetz 1986" (BT-Drs 10/4498)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Änderung der §§ 1,2,3,4,5 und 8 InvZulG; Aufhebung des Kumulationsverbots von Regional- und Forschungszulage, Beschränkung der förderfähigen Investitionskosten auf das 10fache der durchschnittlichen Arbeitsplatzkosten pro Dauerarbeitsplatz und Einführung einer Frist zur Antragstellung auf Investitionsförderung vor Beginn des Investitionsvorhabens. Steuermindereinnahmen stehen Mehreinnahmen in entsprechender Höhe gegenüber, so daß insgesamt Aufkommensneutralität gegeben ist.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Forschungsförderung/Aufhebung des Kumulationsverbots von Regional- und Forschungszulage gem.
