<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch den textidentischen Gesetzentwurf der Fraktionen der CDU/ CSU und FDP E27 Vergleiche auch E03, E08, E17, E25, E26, E30, E33, E34 und D61 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Bereitstellung von zusätzlichen Mitteln in Höhe von 4,8 Mrd DM zur Förderung von Investitionen in der DDR und in Berlin (Ost); Finanzierung der Ausgaben durch Kreditaufnahme, Verbilligung der Zinsen für ERP-Kredite um durchschnittlich 2,75 Prozentpunkte aus dem Bundeshaushalt, dafür Ausbringung einer Verpflichtungsermächtigung von 1,55 Mrd DM im Zweiten Nachtragshaushaltsgesetz 1990.
