Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> IMK-Beschluss vom 11.6.1999 zur quotengerechten Verteilung der Kosovo-Flüchtlinge auf die einzelnen Bundesländer und in der EU, Feststellung einer fehlenden Rechtsgrundlage durch verschiedene Gerichtsentscheidungen, u.a. in Bayern, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Berlin Siehe auch B083 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einfügung § 56a in das Ausländergesetz: Festlegung der Modalitäten der Verteilung der unerlaubt einreisenden Ausländer, die nicht am Asylverfahren teilnehmen, auf die Länder. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen jährliche Kosten von 200 Mio DM, die zu den laufenden Kosten hinzukommen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Illegaler Einwanderer/Verteilung unerlaubt einreisender Ausländer auf die Länder * Länder der Bundesrepublik Deutschland/Verteilung unerlaubt einreisender Ausländer auf die Länder
