<b>Bezug:</b> Wiedervorlage des bereits in der 11. WP auf BR Drs 586/84 eingebrachten Gesetzesantrags (s. GESTA 11. WP Q07, Abschlußband S. 1159) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 4 und 9 Fluglärmgesetz: Ausdehnung des Anspruchs auf Erstattung von Aufwendungen für bauliche Schallschutzmaßnahmen auf Eigentümer von Grundstücken, die in der Schutzzone 2 gelegen sind. Die Kosten von ca. 2 Mrd DM sind zu etwa 3/4 durch den Bund als Halter der Militärflugplätze aufzubringen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Schallschutz/Aufwendungsersatz für bauliche Schallschutzmaßnahmen
