Summary

Promoting digitalization in cooperatives and increasing the attractiveness of the cooperative legal form: anchoring the text form, measures in the area of digitalization, including facilitating digital meetings and resolutions as well as digital information provision for cooperative members, regulations for the treatment of investing members and for the suspension of board activities during maternity leave, parental leave, care or illness, creation of a database about the cooperative auditing associations to be involved, to accelerate the formation of cooperatives, expansion of the information in the register cooperative auditing associations and auditing bodies of the savings bank and giro associations, standardization of founding reports, acceleration of the funding purpose review by the registry court and provision of a deadline for entries in the cooperative register, numerous.
