Aufgrund abnehmender gesellschaftlicher Akzeptanz und zunehmender Diskriminierung nicht-heteronormativer Lebensweisen (LSBTIQ) verfassungsrechtliche Absicherung der gegenwärtigen Rechtsprechung des BVerfG sowie Übernahme unionsrechtlicher und europäischer Diskriminierungsverbote, Aufnahme der sexuellen Identität in den Katalog spezieller Diskriminierungsverbote; Änderung Art. 3 Grundgesetz Bezug: Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 7. Juli 2009 zur Verfassungswidrigkeit der Ungleichbehandlung von Ehe und eingetragener Lebenspartnerschaft im Bereich der betrieblichen Hinterbliebenenversorgung (BVerfGE 124, 199) Art. 21 EU-Grundrechtecharta, Art. 10 Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der EU, Art. 1 Richtlinie 2000/78/EG zur Festlegung eines allgemeinen Rahmens für die Verwirklichung der Gleichbehandlung in Beschäftigung und Beruf (ABl.
