Summary
Ausweitung der notariellen Onlineverfahren auf weitere beurkundungspflichtige Gegenstände des Gesellschaftsrechts: Zulassung der Online-Beurkundung zur Eintragung in das Stiftungsregister, zur Anmeldung im Handels-, Gesellschafts- und Partnerschaftsregister, zur Mitwirkung bei der Gründung von Aktiengesellschaften sowie für Vollmachten zur Stimmabgabe in Gesellschafterversammlungen einer GmbH, Klarstellung betr. Anforderungen an Vollmachten zur Vereinsregisteranmeldung; Erweiterung der im Bundeszentralregister zu speichernden Daten um den Geburtsstaat der betroffenen Person; Einführung des Digitalen Führungszeugnisses für private Zwecke; Verlängerung der Antragsfrist zur Entschädigung wegen ihrer homosexuellen Orientierung oder wegen ihrer geschlechtlichen Identität dienstrechtlich benachteiligten Soldaten um fünf Jahre; rechtsförmliche Änderungen sowie weitere Anpassungen;<br /> Änderung § 77 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, § 3 Stiftungsgesetz, § 12 Handelsgesetz sowie §§ 23, 30 und 280 Aktiengesetz, Änderungen in 3 weiteren Gesetzen;<br /> Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Ausweitung der notariellen Online-Verfahren im Gesellschafts- und Registerrecht, zur Digitalisierung des Führungszeugnisses und zur Verlängerung der Antragsfrist für Anträge von Soldatinnen und Soldaten auf Entschädigung wegen dienstrechtlicher Benachteiligung); Änderungen
