Aufgrund erheblicher gesundheitlicher Risiken für die Opfer Verschärfung der Sanktionsmöglichkeiten für die Verabreichung sogenannter K.O.-Tropfen zur Begehung von Raub- und Sexualdelikten, Ergänzung um die Tatbestandsvariante der "Beibringung von Gift oder anderen gesundheitsschädlichen Stoffen", Ermöglichung der Bestrafung bei Anwendung des Mindeststrafrahmens von 5 Jahren;<br /> Änderung §§ 177 und 250 Strafgesetzbuch<br /> <br /> Bezug: Entscheidung des Bundesgerichtshofs vom 08.10.2024 zum Begriff des gefährlichen Werkzeugs bei der Verabreichung von K.O.-Tropfen sowie vom 27.01.2009 bei schwerem Raub in Tateinheit mit gefährlicher Körperverletzung (5 StR 382/244; 4 StR 473/08)
