<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch L02, L08 und L18 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung § 10 Wohngeldsondergesetz: wirtschaftliche Sicherung der größeren Wohnungen von Schwerbehinderten durch Wiederherstellung des bis zum 30. September 1991 geltenden Rechts (Erhöhung des monatlichen Wohngeldbetrages um 30 DM). Es entstehen jährliche Kosten in Höhe von 18 Mio DM, die jedoch in den Haushalten von Bund und Ländern bereits vorgesehen sind. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Erstes Gesetz zur Änderung des Wohngeldsondergesetzes); Verlängerung der Gültigkeit des Wohngeldsondergesetzes bis zum 31.12.1994, Definition des Begriffs Jahreseinkommen, Freibetragsregelung für Alleinerziehende und für Wohn- und Wirtschaftsgemeinschaften, Verlängerung des Heizungszuschlags um ein Jahr, Regelungen für die Höhe des jeweiligen Wohngeldes; Änderung versch. §§ Wohngeldsondergesetz, Änderung der §§ 2, 36 und 42 Wohngeldgesetz, Neufassungsermächtigung Es entstehen Mehrausgaben von 340 Mio DM für 1992, von 470 Mio DM für 1993 und von 735 Mio DM für 1994.
