Bezug: Einigungsvertrag, BGBl II 1990, Nr. 35 S. 885 (s. GESTA 11. WP XR04, Abschlußband S. 780) Inhalt: Fristverlängerung für das Inverkehrbringen und die Anwendung von in der ehemaligen DDR zugelassenen Pflanzenschutzmitteln bis zum 31.12.1994 bzw. 31.10.1996 abweichend von Anlage I Kap VI Sachgebiet A Abschnitt III Nr. 6 Buchstabe c Satz 1 Einigungsvertrag, dabei Beachtung der Zulassungskriterien der Biologischen Bundesanstalt für Land- und Forstwirtschaft gem. Pflanzenschutzgesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund von Änderungsanträgen zur 2. Beratung: Ergänzung der Anlagen mit den nicht mehr in den Verkehr zu bringenden oder anzuwendenden Pflanzenschutzmitteln um den jeweiligen Wirkstoff.
