Bezug: Siehe auch L02, L05 und L08 Inhalt: Minderung der Wohnkostenbelastung der Wohngeldempfänger in den neuen Bundesländern: Verlängerung der Geltungsdauer des Wohngeldsondergesetzes um ein weiteres Jahr bis zum 31.12.1995 und des Geltungszeitraums des Heizungszuschlags der 1. Zuschlagsgruppe bis 30.9.1994 sowie entsprechend der zwei folgenden Zuschlagsgruppen; Änderung der §§ 1, 18, 21 und 23 Wohngeldsondergesetz und des § 42 Wohngeldgesetz. 1994 entstehen voraussichtlich Gesamtkosten von knapp unter 3 Mrd DM. 1995 reduziert sich der Betrag auf 80 v.H. und 1996 auf ca. 60 v.H.. Der Bund trägt 50 v.H. dieser Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Weitergeltung des Wohngeldsondergesetzes für alle im Jahre 1994 gestellten Anträge, soweit der Bewilligungszeitraum im Jahre 1994 beginnt, bei Beginn des Bewilligungszeitraums im Jahre 1995 kein Wohngeld nach dem Wohngeldsondergesetz; Änderung der §§ 5 und 9, Streichung der §§ 27 und 28 des Wohngeldsondergesetzes, Änderung § 14 des Wohngeldgesetzes.
