<b>Bezug:</b> Artikel 37 Abs. 2 und Anlage I Kap. XIX Abschnitt III Nr. 2 und 3 des Einigungsvertrages, BGBl II 1990, Nr. 35 S. 885 (s. GESTA 11. WP XR04, Abschlußband S. 780), Beschluß der Kultusministerkonferenz vom 7. Mai 1993, Referentenentwurf des BMI vom 12. Januar 1994 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Regelung der Besoldung für Lehrer in den neuen Bundesländern, die ihre Lehrbefähigung nach DDR-Recht erworben haben, Beschränkung der Ausbringung von Sonderämtern auf ein Mindestmaß, Übergangsregelungen in Gestalt von Fußnoten; Änderung § 79 Bundesbesoldungsgesetz sowie der Bundesbesoldungsordnungen A und B, Änderung der §§ 4 und 7 der Zweiten Besoldungs-Übergangsverordnung; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Wegfall der vorgesehenen bundesrechtlichen Einzelregelungen, u.a. der Änderung des § 79 Bundesbesoldungsgesetz und der Bundesbesoldungsordnungen A und B, statt dessen Ermächtigung der Länder zu landesrechtlichen Regelungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Besoldung/Gesetz zur Änderung von Vorschriften der Lehrerbesoldung * Neue Bundesländer/Besoldungsregelung für Lehrer in den neuen Bundesländern * Bundesbesoldungsgesetz/Änderung § 79 BBesG sowie der Bundesbesoldungsordnungen A und B betr.
