<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der Überschrift des 2. Abschnitts des vierten Teils sowie der §§ 86, 93, 103a, 103c und 103d Flurbereinigungsgesetz: Erweiterung des Anwendungsbereichs des vereinfachten Flurbereinigungsverfahrens zur Landentwicklung, Durchführung des freiwilligen Landtauschs zur Verbesserung der Agrarstruktur, auch wenn er nicht mit einer Zusammenlegung verbunden ist. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Klarstellung in § 86 Abs. 2 Nr. 6: Grundsätzliche Beachtung der Planung von Trägern öffentlicher Belange auch in der vereinfachten Flurbereinigung, Ausnahmen nur bei unzumutbaren Verzögerungen für Teilnehmer und andere Planungsträger. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Agrarstruktur/Verbesserung der Agrarstruktur durch weitere Vereinfachung des Flurbereinigungsverfahrens
