Bezug: Siehe auch L08 und L18 Inhalt: Minderung der Wohnkostenbelastung der Wohngeldempfänger in den neuen Bundesländern: abermalige Verlängerung der Geltungsdauer des Wohngeldsondergesetzes um drei Monate bis zum 31.3.1996; Änderung der §§ 1, 18 und 21 Wohngeldsondergesetz und des § 42 Wohngeldgesetz, Aufhebung der Überleitungsverordnung zum Wohngeldgesetz. Bund und Ländern entstehen jeweils rd. 125 Mio DM Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Änderung der §§ 11a und 23, Einfügung eines neuen § 28 Wohngeldsondergesetz betr. Vorschüsse für Wohngeldberechtigte, Änderung der §§ 2 und 16 Wohngeldgesetz.
