GESTA 12.WP 2c-F41) Europäische Impulse: Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1765/92 des Rats vom 30.6.1992 zur Einführung einer Stützung für Erzeuger bestimmter landwirtschaftlicher Kulturpflanzen (ABl Nr. L 30 S. 2) Inhalt: Rechtliche Absicherung des ursprünglichen Charakters von Dauerbrachen als landwirtschaftlich genutzte Flächen, weitere Anwendung der für die Landwirtschaft in anderen Rechtsgebieten geltenden Vorschriften mit Ausnahme von aufgeforsteten oder anderweitig stark umgestalteten Flächen.
