<strong>Bezug:</strong> Art. 6 Abs. 106 Nr. 4 Eisenbahnneuordnungsgesetz, BGBl I 1993, Nr. 73 S. 2378 (s. GESTA 12.WP 1-J20) Siehe auch J003 und J013; zusammengeführt mit BR-Drs 82/95<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Änderung § 19 Eisenbahnkreuzungsgesetz: Verpflichtung des abgebenden Trägers gegenüber dem übernehmenden Träger der Straßenbaulast, das Bauwerk in der Vergangenheit ordnungsgemäß unterhalten zu haben. Das Gesetz verursacht keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Die auf die Eisenbahnunternehmer zukommenden Kosten können noch nicht geschätzt werden.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</strong> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Änderung des Eisenbahnkreuzungsgesetzes (EKrG)); Zahlung von 250 Mio DM an die Kommunen der neuen Bundesländer für die Sanierung von Straßenbrücken über Schienenwege.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Straßenbaulast/Erhaltungslast für Straßenüberführungen über Eisenbahnen
