Summary

Bezug: Kauf- und Pachtverträge mit Schweizer Landwirten im Grenzgebiet zur Schweiz von Baden-Württemberg, Scheitern der Verhandlungen mit der Schweiz über die Erhebung von Importzöllen für die Einfuhr der von Schweizer Landwirten im Zollgrenzgebiet erzeugten Agrarprodukte, Rechtsprechung des BGH zum Verkauf landwirtschaftlicher Flächen an Nichtlandwirte (BGHZ 101,95) Inhalt: Ermächtigung der Landesregierung, für bestimmte Landesteile Schwellenwerte für Abweichungen bei den Preisen im Grundstücksverkehr und Landpachtverkehr festzulegen; Änderung § 9 Grundstücksverkehrsgesetz sowie von § 4 Landpachtverkehrsgesetz. Es entsteht geringfügiger Verwaltungsaufwand. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Öffnungsklausel für landesrechtliche Regelungen bei regionalen Problemen im Bodenverkehr. Nebenschlagwörter: Landpachtverkehrsgesetz/Änderung § 4 LPachtVG betr.
