Summary

Schließung von verbraucherrechtlichen Schutzlücken beim Beurkundungsverfahren nach zunehmendem Verkauf minderwertiger Immobilien (sog. Schrottimmobilien): Zurverfügungstellung des Vertragstextes durch den Notar, zwingende Dokumentation der Gründe bei Abweichen von der zweiwöchigen Regelfrist vor Unterzeichnung; wiederholte grobe Verstöße gegen diese Pflichten als zusätzliche Amtsenthebungsgründe; Änderung § 17 Beurkundungsgesetz und § 50 Bundesnotarordnung Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Rechtsförmliche Klarstellung betr. kostenrechtliche Regelung; Erneute Änderung § 17 Beurkundungsgesetz
