Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welche Konsequenzen zieht die Bundesregierung aus der erneuten Rüge für Deutschland durch die Anti-Rassismus-Kommission des Europarats, wonach Empfehlungen des Gremiums zu Gegenmaßnahmen in Bezug auf Racial Profiling durch die Polizei nicht umgesetzt worden seien (www.deutschlandfunk.de/anti-rassismus-kommission-ruegt-deutschland-wegen-untaetigkeit-gegen-racial-profiling-bei-polizei-100.html; vgl. auch die Vorbemerkung der Fragesteller auf Bundestagsdrucksache 19/19458), und ist die aktuelle Bundesregierung wie frühere Bundesregierungen der Auffassung, dass "diskriminierende Fahndungsmethoden" durch die Bundespolizei nicht praktiziert würden (vgl.
