Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welche Bilanz zieht die Bundesregierung inzwischen aus dem am 30. April 2021 beendeten German Police Project Team in Afghanistan (GPPT), das seit 2002 den Aufbau der zivilen Polizei in Afghanistan unterstützen sowie einen Beitrag zu einer rechtsstaatlichen und professionellen Polizei in Afghanistan leisten sollte und Kosten für die Einrichtung und den Betrieb des GPPT bzw. des GPPO (German Police Project Office in Kabul) in Höhe von 68,5 Mio. Euro verursacht hat, die sie in ihre fortlaufende Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der Engagements der Bundesregierung in fragilen und Krisenkontexten einfließen lassen und dort nutzbar machen will (siehe Bundestagsdrucksache 20/229, Antworten der Bundesregierung zu den Fragen 26 und 27), und welche Kenntnisse (auch nachrichtendienstliche) hat die Bundesregierung über den Nutzen für die aktuelle Regierung Afghanistans aus den noch im Jahr 2021 im Rahmen des GPPT fortgesetzten Projekten (wie dem Bau einer Diensthundezuchtstätte im Rahmen des Diensthundeprojekts mit der Afghan Border Police, den kriminalpolizeilichen Beratungsleistungen der Abteilungen Crime Investigation Department (CID), Criminal Technic Department und des INTERPOL-Zentralbüros (NCB) im afghanischen Innenministerium (Bundestagsdrucksache 20/5440, S. 15)?
