Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Warum hat das Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit dem "Infrastruktur-Zukunftsgesetz" im Kabinett zugestimmt, obwohl der Wegfall des Vorrangs der Realkompensation bei Natureingriffen den Flächenmangel für Naturschutzvorhaben verschärfen würde und es bislang keinen Entwurf eines damit gekoppelten Naturflächengesetzes gibt, um dem Artensterben wirksam entgegenzuwirken sowie die EU-Wiederherstellungsverordnung erfolgreich umzusetzen (vgl. www.naturschutz-energiewende.de/publikationen/flaechen-fuer-den-naturschutz-%E2%88%92-instrumente-ihrer-sicherung-und-akquise/)?
