Summary

Anpassung der HOAI an die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung seit Erlaß der Honorartafeln. Einfügung von Honoraranreizen zur Verringerung von CO2-Emissionen. Stärkere Verankerung von Baukostendämpfung und Kostenkontrolle. Anhebung der Honorare bis zum 1. Juli 1994 um 5 v.H. und bis zum 1. Januar 1995 um weitere 3,5 v.H.
