Summary

Änderung der Saatgutmischungsverordnung vom 10.6.68 entsprechend der EG-Richtlinie 75/444/EWG vom 26.6.75 zur Vereinheitlichung der Aufmachung und Kennzeichnung von Kleinpackungen mit Futterpflanzensaatgut und -mischungen. Dadurch wird u.a. die freie Verkehrsfähigkeit bestimmter Saatgutmischungen möglich. Ferner Anpassung der Vorschriften der VO an die geltende Rechtslage.
