Summary
Änderung der Gentechnik-Verfahrensverordnung idF vom 04.11.1996. Umsetzung der Richtlinien 97/35/EG und 90/220/EWG in nationales Recht. Regelung zum Erhalt von zusätzlichen Informationen über genetische Veränderung insbesondere über die Nukleotidsequenzen als erweiterte Basis für Entscheidungen über eine Genehmigung gentechnischer Anlagen und Arbeiten.
