Summary
Bitte an die BRg, sich unverzüglich für die Abschaffung der Exporterstattung der EU für lebende Tiere einzusetzen und ggf ein grundsätzliches Verbot der Schlachttiertransporte aus der EU anzustreben; Bekräftigung der Beschlüsse vom 4.11.1994 (Drs 816/94 (Beschluß)) und vom 10.03.1995 (Drs 131/95 (Beschluß)); Aufforderung an die BRg, durch eine Verschärfung der Richtlinie 91/628/EWG eine EU-weite Begrenzung der Transportdauer auf maximal 8 Stunden zu erwirken und durch Verhandlungen mit den beteiligten Verbänden eine freiwillige Abstellung der unhaltbaren Zustände beim Schlachttiertransport zu erreichen
