Summary
Eelnõus on laenu tagasimaksmise tähtaega pikendatud neljale või viiele aastale, tõstetud õppelaenu mahtu 10 miinimumpalgani ühes õppeaastas, sätestatud, et õppelaenu saavad ainult Eesti Vabariigi ja Eestis õppivate teiste Euroopa Liidu riikide kodanikud, diferentseeritud õppelaenu tagatised, nii, et Eestis õppivate Eesti Vabariigi kodanike puhul pole käendust ega tagatist vaja, ning sätestatud, et riik kustutab õppelaenust pool, kui laenusaaja loodud perekonnas on üks alaealine laps, ning kogu õppelaenu, kui laenusaaja loodud perekonnas on vähemalt kaks alaealist last.
