Summary
Eelnõu muudab alkoholiseaduses alkoholimüüki, alkohoolse toote esitlust ja alkoholimüügil ostja vanuse kindlakstegemist reguleerivaid sätteid. Seadust täiendatakse sätetega riikliku järelevalve tegemise tõhustamiseks ja seaduse nõuete kontrollimiseks kontrolltehinguga, et tagada alaealisele kehtestatud alkoholimüügi keelunõude senisest parem täitmine. Eelnõu muudab reklaamiseaduse alkoholireklaami sisu piiravaid sätteid, täiendab kohtade loetelu, kus alkoholireklaam on keelatud, täpsustab sätteid, mis piiravad alkohoolse joogi reklaamimist soodsa hinna abil ning tervisehoiatusele esitatavaid reklaaminõudeid.
