Summary
Eelnõuga reguleeritakse riigi poolt riigikaitsemaa võõrandamise erisusi. Selleks nähakse ette, et kui riik võõrandab avalikul enampakkumisel kinnisasja, mille koosseisu kuulub katastriüksus sihtotstarbega riigikaitsemaa, siis muutub võõrandamisele järgnevast päevast kehtetuks selle katastriüksuse kohta kehtestatud detailplaneering ning katastriüksus muutub sihtotstarbeta maaks, et uus omanik saaks taotleda katastriüksusele asjakohase sihtotstarbe määramist. Lisaks nähakse ette, et juhul kui riigikaitsemaa sihtotstarbega katastriüksusel asub ehitis, mille kasutamise otstarbeks on sisekaitse- või kaitseväerajatis, siis muutub see kasutamise otstarve kehtetuks kinnisasja võõrandamisele järgnevast päevast.
