Ravikindlustuse seaduse ja teiste seaduste muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu muudatustega täiendatakse ravikindlustuse seadust uue täiendava ajutise töövõimetuse kindlustusjuhtumiga, milleks on nakatumine uudsesse ohtlikku nakkushaigusse COVID-19, mille korral on kindlustatul õigus saada haigushüvitist alates esimesest töövabastuse päevast 100 protsenti inimese sissetulekust. Muuhulgas muudetakse 1. jaanuaril 2021 jõustunud tähtajaline haigushüvitiste maksmise regulatsioon tähtajatuks, kuna tänase seisuga ei ole teada, millal viirusepuhang taandub. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et eelnõuga tehtavate muudatuste eesmärk on ennetada tööealiste nakatumist ja vältida töökohapõhiseid nakkuskoldeid.
