Summary
Eelnõu eesmärgiks on parandada laste heaolu ning kaitsta alaealisi seksuaalse kuritarvitamise eest. Eelnõuga tõstetakse seksuaalse enesemääramise vanusepiir 16 eluaastale. Eelnõus muudetakse KarS § 145 prim (alaealiselt seksi ostmine), § 175 prim (lapspornole juurdepääsu taotlemine ja selle jälgimine), § 178 (lapsporno valmistamine ja selle võimaldamine ), § 178 prim (seksuaalse eesmärgiga kokkulepe lapseealisega kohtumiseks) ja § 179 (lapseealise seksuaalne ahvatlemine).
